🕐 Order Processing Time

At KartX Gear, we jump into action the moment you place your order. Our team begins processing all requests within 24 hours.

  • Standard Items: Typically dispatched within an estimated 3–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Embroidered Suits: Because these require detailed craftsmanship and extra quality checks, please allow an estimated 5–9 business days after confirmation for dispatch.

Need it sooner? If you are on a tight deadline, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your schedule.

Working Hours: We process orders from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Orders received after 5:00 PM will be queued for the following business day.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Express Shipping: 5 to 8 business days
  • Free Shipping: 9 to 12 business days

⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international customers, please be aware that packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures upon arrival in your country.

  • Customer Responsibility: Any import duties, taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Not Included: These additional charges are not included in our product prices.
  • Timeline: Customs processing times vary by region and are beyond our control.

If your shipment is held up in customs, we will notify you and provide any documentation needed to help speed up the process.

Note: While we strive for punctuality, occasional delays may occur due to extreme weather, carrier disruptions, or global geopolitical events.

📦 Shipping Restrictions

To ensure safe and tracked delivery, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. Please provide a complete physical street address (including building/house numbers) to prevent shipping errors or returns.
