  • No Refunds for Transit Delays: Because shipping timelines are estimates, we do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations based on delivery delays once a package has left our facility.

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation rules are as follows:

  • First 24 Hours: You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please email us immediately at info@kartxgear.com.
  • After 24 Hours: Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders enter our production/logistics flow and can no longer be cancelled.
  • Production Fee: If a cancellation is specially approved after production has started, a 30% restocking/production fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • Post-Delivery: Orders cannot be cancelled once delivered.

We want you to love your gear. If you are not satisfied, you may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your delivery.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.

The most efficient way to get a new item is to return the original. Once your return is processed and approved, you can simply place a separate order for the new size or style.
